Top o' the mornin' to ya, CMBC members! St. Patrick's Day is on March 17, and to celebrate, we're making "lucky" cereal bar treats! You only need three ingredients to make this simple but delicious snack. Share it with your friends on St. Patty's Day — but make sure leprechauns don't steal it!

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
5 cups of toasted oat and marshmallow cereal, like Lucky Charms
1 10 ounce package of mini marshmallows
What You'll Need:
A 13x9 inch pan
A spatula
A pot
A sheet of parchment paper
Directions:
Line your pan with parchment paper to keep the cereal from sticking to it.
Ask a parent or guardian to help you melt the butter on the stovetop. Stir the butter until it's melted and bubbling.
Add the mini marshmallows and stir frequently until they're completely melted.
Turn off the stove, then add the cereal. Stir the cereal in the marshmallow mixture until the cereal is evenly coated.
Use the spatula to press the cereal into your pan.
Let the cereal cool completely before cutting it into squares. You can store the cereal bars in an airtight container.
